Blightsteel Items
Attacks with blight steel weapons make the "blight call. A blightsteel melee weapon may also make "blunt blight" attacks. You must always use the "blight" call with your attacks unless an attack replaces the entire call such as if you have cast elemental weapon. Specifically this means you can't choose to make a "normal" or "poison" call with a blightsteel weapon.
Some blade poisons require that they can only be applied to goblin iron weapons. These poisons get no special increased duration benefit when applied to such a weapon. All other blade poisons when applied to a goblin iron weapon, last for 20 minutes or until the weapon has successfully made two hits. These poisons interact with blightsteel in the exact same fashion.
Blightsteel can't be mixed with other magical materials in the construction of a weapon.
If a player is using a weapon they have not yet identified but they recognize it as being made of a special material because of the weapon's color that player should make the corresponding call when attacking with that weapon.

Blightsteel (blight) weapons don't have a specific paint job at this time, and as such won't be seen at game until they do.
Blight Calls
Blight is a combat call that counts as a better version of the poison call. If the target of an attack has a damage requirement or a kill condition that requires the poison call, or blight call the character will inflict damage or kill the target respectively.
When a player takes body damage or a wound from an attack with the "blight" call they are now considered poisoned until the condition is cured.
When the blight call is added to any attack even a spell effect such as pin that attack no longer counts as a spell. This means that immunities to spells or compulsion effects no longer apply. The attack is now a poison effect.
"Blight" calls are not prevented by effects which grant immunity or which prevent poison calls.
