Updates

These are updates made to the wiki with new information.

When writing the details for the updates the following terminology was used:

• Added - There is a new rule or detail in the description.
• Removed - A rule or detail is gone completely.
• Changed - A previously existing rule or detail still exists but is now different in the way listed.
• Clarified - The rule or detail is exactly the same but has been re-worded to try to convey some aspect better.
• Specified - The rule or detail is the same but some aspect of it has additional information to cover some circumstance that could come up.

Starting in 2021, updates should also include the source/ reason for the update.

Very minor updates, such as grammar changes, or moving where the information is in the page have not been tracked by these tags.
