Updates 2022 March

This is a series of relatively minor updates to the encounter codex to incorporate the rules changes from January (Blight, Boulders, and Magic).

Each creature in the encounter codex has been reviewed so that they list which languages they speak by default. Creatures may speak additional languages as needed for plots, but its assumed the GM will tell a player that this is the case, more information on this can be found here.
