Updates 2019 February
Changes from the staff retreat are scheduled to take effect in July and will be updated at that time.
Currently (as of January 24, 2019) these changes are a piece of incorrect information updated, and a minor change to another rule.
Shield Props
Updates from February 2019- Removed the requirement that shields need a core, this was changed previously but hadn't been put into the rules. Added that shields need to be inspected like weapons, and that they will be tested to ensure they aren't too flexible.
Mageblade Rule
Updates From February 2019: removed "A permanent mageblade (one crafted by a weaponsmith) when used to deliver standard attacks (non-strikes) does "magic" damage. When the spell mageblade is used on a weapon, it does not change the damage call type of that weapon."
