Basic Gear: Shells
Shells are used as a type of specialized valuable item in game. Pisceans use shells as their form of currency however any ritual or item that requires coin cannot use shells as a substitution. As such shells cannot be given coin value using the rules to give props value. A character may bring into play unnumbered shells that have no value, however its important to keep in mind these only serve decorative purposes, players are not allowed to try to pass off counterfeit items as there is no way for a player to recognize what is and is not legitimate. Anyone who sees such a shell should be able to immediately know it has no value.
Numbered shells ARE lootable, unnumbered (decorative) ones would not be.
