Updates 2022 January: Changed this spell to 10 minute duration from game day, changed from affecting 1 weapon to any weapon carried by the target. Changed that it can generate tag bags instead (merged with elemental dart).

Updates 2022 January Supplemental: Added that tag bags created can't be delivered by arrows (because there is no way for a defending player to know if they are being hit by a spell or a weapon).
